Oneonta Gorge is in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. The gorge is a cool place to be in a hot summer day. The terrain is perfect for hiking, the trail is long 2.7 miles (4.3 km) with only 400 feet (120 meters) elevation. You can do it easy for an hour or so. There is an optional trail to the Triple Falls which is 1.8 miles long and 300 feet elevation. The walls of the gorge is covered with green plants and walking in the gorge is like to be in a fairy tale.
During the hiking you can enjoy the tranquility of the nature and see four beautiful waterfalls. To reach them you can walk on a wooden trail or if the day is hot and warm you can walk through the creek, it isn’t deep.
