Mai Tai is a mix of Jamaican rum, juice from a fresh lime, a few dashes of orange curaco syrup, some french orgeat, and rock candy syrup.
- 30ml. Jamaican Rum
- 30ml. Dark Rum
- 20ml. Orange curacao
- 20ml. Fresh lime juice
- 10ml. Orgeat Syrup
Garnish: a mint spring and lime wedge
Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake sharply, and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
